We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and seasoned brand strategist to join our team in the fight against HIV/AIDS by driving healthcare consumer (HCC) and broader ecosystem strategy across a franchise portfolio. We are currently recruiting for someone to join our US marketing team as the Associate Director, Product Marketing Owner – HCC / Ecosystem for the HIV Franchise. Ideal candidates for this role will have both brand marketing and broader commercial experience.This Product Marketing Owner will play a critical role in charting the course for a significant launch. This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced leader to lead a Customer Agile Team (CAT) while taking ownership of brand and HCC strategy and execution. This position will report to the Director, U.S. Commercial Leader (USCL) and will be based in the Upper Gwynedd, PA office.In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing the broader HCC and ecosystem strategy, defining strategic choices, optimizing customer experience, and connecting across the team and enterprise to ensure U.S. launch readiness. The candidate will lead, motivate, and inspire members of the CAT to drive results and deliver value aligned to the brand priorities. This high-profile role is designed to position the candidate for future leadership roles.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Collaborate with US CL to develop and evolve the launch strategy including HCC, Payer, Policy and CommunicationsProvide guidance and oversight of HCC strategy development and ensure strategic alignment across other segments; collaborate with Global Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignmentDrive forward digital and data analytics, customer and market insights to define strategic choicesIdentify opportunities to optimize customer experienceLead and mentor a high-performing Customer Agile Team, comprised of experts in marketing, campaign design, development, and measurementTake full responsibility for leading CAT in setting and meeting strategic priorities and quarterly objectives; lead agile quarterly planning stages to enable teams to quickly and effectively respond to changing business needs and prioritiesLead CAT to meet pre-launch and launch milestones, including creation of market development and promotional campaignsServe as subject matter expert for market understanding and customer insightsCollaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise including Global Marketing, Data & Analytics, Policy, Payer Marketing, Global Communications, Regulatory, Legal/CompliancePartner with other Product Marketing Owners to drive transparency, coordination, and prioritization across the teamEducation:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (BA/BS). MBA or equivalent preferredRequirements:Minimum of 7 years combined experience in pharmaceutical marketing, customer segment marketing and/or payer marketingProven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns for pharmaceuticals, covering various stages from clinical development pre-launch planning to brand launch, and post-launch optimizationExperience leading product positioning, branding and using data to make informed decisionsAdaptability to change, and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various teams including marketing, sales, medical, and other cross-functional partners to achieve business resultsSolid business acumen with fiscal management experienceDeep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital and non-digital channels, and experience working with agenciesProven experience in effectively leading cross-functional, enterprise teamsHas a growth mindset, advocates for agile ways of working, and supports team members in learning and adoptionExperience working in and with diverse teamsStrong verbal and non-verbal communication skills and executive presencePreferred Skills:Understanding of US commercial and regulatory requirementsFamiliarity with agile tools like Jira and MuralNOTICE FOR INTERNAL APPLICANTSIn accordance with all employees subject to this policy are required to have a minimum of twelve (12) months of service in current position prior to applying for open positions.If you have been offered a separation benefits package, but have not yet reached your separation date and are offered a position within the salary and geographical parameters as set forth in the Summary Plan Description (SPD) of your separation package, then you are no longer eligible for your separation benefits package.
