They deliver life-changing services to our clients every single day, and their work directly impacts the wellbeing and success of the people we serve. Because of this, creating a positive, supportive, and engaging experience for them isn’t just a “nice to have” – it’s essential to our mission.Supporting the Talent and People Ops Manager, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted advisor for our clinicians – making sure they have what they need to thrive, feel connected to our culture, and stay fully supported in their day-to-day work. You’ll be there to celebrate their wins, help solve challenges, and ensure they feel valued as vital contributors to our success.You’ll also play a big part behind the scenes, helping to keep things running smoothly, from onboarding and engagement initiatives to compliance and process improvements. Your work will make a real difference – supporting clinicians so they can focus on what they do best: providing outstanding care to our clients.😎What You’ll Be Doing:
