OverviewGallagher Specialty’s, M&A, Litigation and Transactional Risks Practice is dedicated to complex insurance advice and solution delivery. Our Litigation and Arbitration Risk business is a Tier 1 Chambers & Partners ranked broker providing solutions for clients involved in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings both in the UK and internationally. We work with clients and law firms in London and beyond, to place insurance products such as after the event insurance, capital protection insurance and litigation buy out insurance among others. We work on many of the most high-profile proceedings taking place in the High Court or Competition Appeal Tribunal in any given year, as well as working on private arbitrations.In this critical role, the Technical Manager will support both the production and placement of new risks, service existing cases and support the case management team where necessary.
