What you will do
The Deliver Senior Data Analyst is responsible for providing supplier analysis, spend analysis, financial perspective, and market analysis to improve the supply chain and leverage the supplier base. You will utilize data and Process Excellence to identify supply chain improvement opportunities and drive solutions with the team.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance
· Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
· Create and maintain data models and databases
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems
· Contribute to identification of further analytics opportunities
· Own business planning and forecast cycles, and budget vs actuals analysis
· Partner with functional leadership to deliver commitments
· Deploy a Data Analytics Strategy to drive Deliver business needs and performance management
· Deliver outstanding value through continuing to simplify processes, reducing complexity, and providing relevant insights to enable excellence in business partnering and decision making
· Prepare management review decks and effectively frame and communicate business insights to senior management and various partners to help inform and drive fact-based decisions
· Support Communication and insights back to business for continuous improvement
· Partner with external analytics team to integrate external benchmarking data into the Global Function planning process, keeping Global Deliver expenses at a competitive level
· Facilitate engagement between Regional teams, Global Deliver Value Chain and business partners for data-related needs, queries, and issues
· Prepare introductory training, as well as approach of training with applied examples and coach analytics team members once applying these in practice
· Grow and lead a cross-functional team of full-time direct reports and dotted line resources
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
· 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or related field
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
· Experience with statistical analysis and modeling
· Understanding of Supply Chain Processes
· Advanced Excel
· Process data – VBA / macros, Alteryx, Access, SQL, Python
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools and have intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

· Demonstrated ability to partner and communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization
· Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple business objectives with the proper sense of urgency, and balance workload is required
· Information management – OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, PPT
· Vision – Brainstorming, Design thinking, Vivid vision
· Connect data – FTP, API, Infopath, PowerApps
· Display – Tableau, Power BI, Azure
· Mathematical statistics – Estimation, Hypothesis testing, Regression analysis
· Predictive analytics – Time series analysis, Forecasting, Machine learning
· Prescriptive analytics – Optimisation
· Proven intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and ability to adapt quickly to changes
· Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
· Ability to work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope
· Affinity for structuring and organizing substantial amounts of data to support continually evolving reporting needs
