Join us.Job SummaryWe are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support our Distilr team; our data commercialization product that supports world-class suppliers in growing their business. We are a team of high performing problem solvers with the same vision: to drive the digital future in hospitality. As digital experts we are focused on building a diverse set of products and solutions for our consumers. Our core products include customer mobile apps, operator configuration tools, third party integrations and order fulfillment technology. We also invest in emerging technology like AI, IoT and frictionless retail. Here we work with the “art of the possible” ideas, where we explore and develop the future of hospitality and technology.Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Product Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Support the technical team with prioritization, workload balancing, and story development
  • Advocate for our users — bring their perspective to our teams so they can deeply understand the “why” behind their work
  • Work collaboratively with data science, design, engineering (BE, FE and data), scrum managers to deliver impact
  • Support with user interviews, product discovery, planning session, and release communication

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a product management, product ownership, business analysis, Agile, or technical role
  • Embrace Product as a strategic support function, facilitating alignment of people and issues to drive robust business outcomes.
  • Actively pursue mastery of Product best practices, continuously seeking avenues for process improvement.
  • Excel in data and analytics, driven by a passion for numbers and leveraging insights to inform decisions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills, adept at tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
  • Possess inherent ownership, responsibility, and self-motivation as core attributes.
  • Champion the understanding that business value is foundational, not just a buzzword, guiding your approach.
  • Flourish in collaborative, high-energy environments, thriving on interactions with users and drawing inspiration from technical teams.
  • Prioritize trust, fostering accountability, integrity, and respect for diverse perspectives and time commitments.
  • Enjoy diving deep into operational details, exploring innovative system structures to enhance delivery efficiency.
