Full time Associate Veterinarian – Hiring Immediately + Amazing Compensation – Acworth, GAA partner hospital in Acworth, GA is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their busy, family-friendly practice. This well-established clinic offers a wide range of veterinary services and values a strong team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality veterinary care, fostering exceptional client relationships, and supporting the growth and development of staff members.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Compassionate Care : Deliver medical care to dogs, cats, and small animals with an emphasis on patient well-being and client communication.
  • Surgical & Dental Procedures : Perform surgeries and dental procedures with precision and care.
  • Collaborative Teamwork : Work closely with fellow veterinarians and support staff to provide the best care possible.
  • Client Consultation : Guide pet owners through health concerns and treatment plans for their pets.
  • Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
  • Leadership and Mentorship : Support the growth and development of junior staff through the clinic’s LevelUp training program and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
  • Active license in good standing to practice in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain).
  • Experience in small animal medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive relationship with clients and the clinical team.
