Key Responsibilities:

• Provide relationship-based care to patients and clients with a focus on compassionate, high-quality service.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team and leadership to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
• Foster relationships with clients and the local community to build trust and loyalty.
• Encourage and mentor support staff through internal training programs designed to help them grow professionally.
• Manage a varying caseload, which includes surgeries, wellness appointments, and emergencies.

Qualifications:

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
• Active veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain one in Florida).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
• A commitment to providing excellent care and a desire for continuous learning and development.
