Full time Associate Veterinarian – Now Hiring + Sign On Bonus – Catlett, VAA well-established mixed animal practice in Catlett, VA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Mixed Animal Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. This role is open to new graduates as well, with mentorship and support available.About the Practice: The practice provides high-quality veterinary care with a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond. With a focus on both small and large animals, the clinic cares for a diverse range of patients, including small animals, equine, porcine, and cattle. The team prides itself on offering both preventive care and consultation services while following the most up-to-date herd health protocols. The practice is built on a foundation of client education, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with clients.

• 50% small animal, 30% equine, 10% porcine, and 10% cattle
• Strong focus on client education, consultation, and preventative care
• An established, supportive team fostering collaboration and professional growth

Schedule and Flexibility:

• Full-time positions with the flexibility to work 3 or 4 days per week
• No weekends required, allowing for a strong work-life balance
