If so, ATB might be right for you.As ATB’s next ATB 101 – Business Analyst Student you will join the Strategic Program Execution team, aiming to be a true strategic partner for ATB Advisory Services, considered a trusted advisor across the enterprise who leads through influence to support and execute strategic program & project initiatives. As an ATB 101 – Business Analyst Student you will play a critical role in contributing to the evolution of Client Relationship Management and Business Lending initiatives for ATB Advisory Services that will support the strategic program execution and operational needs. Collaborating closely with the Centre of Excellence in ATB Advisory Services. Reporting to and supporting the Senior Program Owner, on the Strategic Program Execution team, the ATB 101 – Business Analyst Student will also work on in-flight or new project and program initiatives across different phases from discovery and planning to execution and support.In addition to contributing to discovery for projects relating to Client Relationship Management systems and Business Lending, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the ATBIM Evolution Program in identifying, capturing, and documenting process improvement opportunities for the ATB Investment Management business line. Preparing recommendations and facilitating efficiency enhancements across key business and technical processes that will enable ATB Advisory Services to move forward with our strategic goals of powering possibilities for Albertans.AccountabilitiesCollaborate with the Project Manager Special Projects in ATB Advisory Services to develop and set up new projects through the discovery phase in support of the Centres of Excellence. This will include projects focusing on areas such as Client Relationship Management (e.g., Salesforce) and Business Lending.Support the Project Manager Special Projects on data collection, requirements gathering and analysis in project discovery and on in-flight projects (e.g., Salesforce and Business Lending projects).Support the Senior Program Owner, ATBIM Evolution in partnership with the Director Business Process and Architecture to capture, organize, and document processes for the Investment Management line of business.Identify and recommend areas of opportunity within the ATBIM business to optimize processes that promote consistency across Advisory Services technology.Skills, experience & requirementsWorking towards or recently completed a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, management, or equivalent area.Passion or interest in analytics, data, processes and continuous improvement.Strong Relationship Management focused mindset to translate business needs into technology solutions, processes, and requirements.Systems thinking mindset to consider the connections, sequencing and dependencies throughout integrated processes.Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate practice and process with stakeholders from across the organization at various levels.Curious and empathetic approach to problem solving with an openness to other perspectives.Critical thinking and ability to approach problems from multiple angles.Knowledge of project life cycles, analysis, and strategy would be an asset.Ability to align processes to the outlined standards, rules, and guidelines of the business.Prior experience as an entrepreneur, business analyst, or familiarity with project management practices would be an asset.Don’t meet all the requirements on the list?
