Please see below to learn more about this great summer opportunity.ATB’s Leadership & Learning Student: Success in this role requires you to be client-centric with a strong attention to detail as you research and support the creation and successful execution of project plans for multiple projects for enterprise learning. You are passionate about leadership, learning and supporting the development and growth of our people. This role includes tasks such as research and discovery, collaboration with stakeholders across the business, supporting the development and execution of leadership and learning initiatives, staffing various learning events and overall support for the larger team.Accountabilities

• Research & discovery through the connection with a wide variety of stakeholder groups across the enterprise
• Support the development of ATBs enterprise leadership and learning campaign and planning
• Assist in the development of internal focused programs and initiatives that support our enterprise leadership & learning priorities and activations
• Assist with the management and maintenance of online and in-person learning experiences that support growth and development and our business objectives
• Contribute to learning events with the aim to deliver exceptional experiences for team members and leaders

• Creative, organized, and the ability to work independently as well as on a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in high-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong listening skills
• Client centricity, strong collaboration and value creation for partners
• Ability for both strategic planning and hands-on support at events. We are looking for someone who can both think big and also make it happen
• Have a strong sense of personal accountability. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work to ensure that deliverables are of strong quality
• Managing administrative and documentation/wrap-up work and ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget
• What does a successful candidate look like?
• Be passionate and motivated about pursuing a career in People & Culture
• Enrolment in a post-secondary college or university program with a specialization in leadership, management, HR, or education.
• Previous people & culture and/or project and event management experience would be an asset
• You are client-obsessed and know how to deliver WOW to your partners and your teammates.
• Ability to source, analyze, digest and translate employee needs and behaviours into meaningful insights to influence a strategy.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to stand up, speak out, and identify opportunities for change.
