Job DescriptionJob Title:Automotive Service ManagerLocation:8941 Crossroads Blvd, Chanhassen, MN, 55317Job Overview:As a Service Manager with Christian Brothers Automotive, you lead our team of professionals that our guests seek advice from when they need help with their vehicles. You are the person that, through your own servant leadership, nurtures the integrity and transparency that our guests experience every time they invest in their vehicle. You are the cornerstone to building trusting relationships with our guests, from their initial appointment-making phone call to their final check-out reporting once we have completed service.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage store and shop personnel and be accountable for daily operations
• Ensure quality of work, attitude and performance exceeds customer expectations
• Ensure selection of quality parts
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting closing and balancing procedures
• Ensure all equipment is fully operational and in good working order
• Ensure technicians have the resources needed to do their job
• Ensure we greet every guest with our Love Your Neighbor As Yourself level of respect

QualificationsQualifications:

• 5 years work experience in Automotive Customer Service & Service Sales
• Supervisory or management experience in Automotive
• Proficiency in Windows-based computers
• Experience in TekMetric and digital inspection software beneficial
• Graduation from an industry-recognized service training program preferred by not required
• ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience
• Current driver’s licenses
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier

Physical Requirements:

• Being on your feet for the majority of the workday (standing, walking, etc)
• Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs
• Driving manual transmission vehicles
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
• Using a keyboard and mouse several times daily
• Using a standard handset phone several times daily
