This role will be pivotal in driving customer-centric technical marketing strategy and product innovation for our Helix products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in ITSM, AIOps, and Monitoring, with strong hands-on leadership experience in service and operations management. Experience in delivering solutions that bridge technical innovation with customer needs is highly valued.
