In this pivotal role, you will drive sales growth, profitability, and market share within a defined geographic region, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Job Responsibilities:
- Lead with Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a winning regional business plan aligned with the company’s overall strategic objectives, ensuring sales growth and market penetration for La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, and Vichy.
- Inspire and Empower a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Regional Sales Directors and Skin Health Advisors, fostering their professional growth and enabling them to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Champion a Customer-Centric Approach: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, high-volume customers, and key stakeholders in the dermatology community.
- Drive Results Through Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities and develop targeted strategies to maximize sales performance and profitability.
- Embrace Innovation and Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Relations, Sales Operations, and other key departments to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies and leverage the full breadth of L’Oréal’s resources.
- Cultivate a Culture of Excellence: Promote a positive and results-oriented work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
Reporting and Collaboration:
- You will work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders across La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, and Vichy, ensuring alignment and shared success.
- You will be a peer and collaborator to other medical/marketing functional heads and the Director of Retail Field Sales, fostering cross-functional synergy.
What We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Proven Leader: 10+ years of demonstrated success in Sales/Business Development within the Dermatology/Pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple regions and large teams.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate market dynamics and business objectives into actionable plans that drive sustainable growth.
- Relationship Builder: A natural connector with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Results-Oriented Driver: Passionate about exceeding goals, driven by challenges, and energized by achieving ambitious targets.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform strategies and measure success.

Location:
- This position requires residency within the assigned geography, or the willingness to relocate.
Travel:
- Up to 50% travel is required, including overnights and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cross-functional experience in Marketing or Strategic Marketing.
- Experience with CRM tools like Veeva and LMS systems.
