THE OPPORTUNITYWe have the exciting opportunity to join our Wholesale team as B2B Marketing Manager!As B2B Marketing Manager you will support the wider Wholesale team by ensuring key accounts and internal teams are equipped with the right marketing materials they need to excel, propelling us towards achieving global sales targets. You will make an impact through enticing B2B customers to our shows, events and online platforms through innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing every touchpoint for maximum impact.Your leadership will shine as you lead seasonal campaigns, ensuring messaging resonates with our B2B audience and creative assets are effectively distributed across all platforms. You will have the opportunity to support events and seasonal shows based on the company’s brand marketing plans and commercial priorities.   • Ensuring all sales teams have relevant and outstanding marketing/sales tools to help achieve company wide sales targets
  • Driving B2B customers to our shows, events and B2B website
  • Optimising in store sales working with our B2B customers in particular our key accounts and franchises, sales agents, and internal sales teams to ensure they have the relevant marketing material to achieve this and that all marketing materials are reflective of brand guidelines
  • Driving new customer acquisition from a marketing standpoint and supporting the sales team in obtaining new leads and customers

PLANNING

  • Supporting the team to achieve overall Wholesale sales targets through bricks retailers and the B2B website
  • Managing B2B marketing initiatives from conception to delivery, including seasonal B2B marketing campaigns, delivering inspiring content for B2B websites and emails, delivering against the overall marketing strategy, and ensuring adherence to the brand guidelines
  • Planning and delivering seasonal launches, marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring a consistent message across all brand touchpoints, working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Creative Director to ensure the B2B marketing message is always in line with the overall Brand Marketing strategy
  • Working closely with the Ecommerce team and Wholesale Managers to ensure marketing content is relevant for B2B digital channels and wholesale communications
  • Collaborating with the Design team Managers on marketing requirements, overseeing marketing design briefs, providing feedback on changes, and approving assets for use, escalating for sign off as required
  • Leading on B2B marketing calendar, tying in key projects, trading periods, season launches ensuring all teams are aware of timelines

SUPPORTING BUSINESS STRATAGIES

  • Working with the Wholesale team to learn, build and spearhead retailer strategies at specific accounts, tailoring as needed to optimise sales and marketing goals
  • Support events and seasonal shows based on the company’s brand marketing plans and commercial priorities
  • Working with the Head of Brand Marketing and Brand Marketing Managers to ensure both our overall and wholesale marketing plans align
  • Being the advocate for change and driving the business forward, to be a step ahead of the competition through best-in-class B2B marketing assets and innovative B2B events at shows

EVENTS AND TRADESHOWS

  • Ensuring that we are optimising the events by driving our B2B customer base to relevant shows through targeted marketing campaigns and agent incentives
  • Ensuring we are retaining current customer base and attracting new customers to shows through incentives, trade show advertising and events at the shows
  • Researching and securing relevant marketing opportunities pre and during shows to generate new leads and achieve set sales targets
  • Secure B2B trade press, ensuring that all ads and editorial is in line with brand and B2B sales strategies
  • Working closely with the sales team to plan and deliver successful show only promotions, offers or sales incentives to achieve set targets

ECOMMERCE

  • Supporting B2B Ecommerce teams by providing best-in-class asset delivery and ensuring all marketing efforts are omni-channel in approach
  • Driving our existing and new B2B customer base to site, optimising the B2B site at every opportunity
  • Leading the junior B2B Marketing team to ensure the B2B customer database is kept up to date and we are targeting customers with regular email communications

ANALYSIS

  • Monitoring and analysing marketing activity, reporting progress and ROI to the Senior B2B Marketing and Project Manager and the Head of Sales
  • Providing campaign analysis – set budget and sales goal target with wholesale, identify drivers, and recommend strategic optimisations accordingly
  • Ensuring all marketing material is being used and is relevant, leading on regular wash ups with sales teams to understand what is working and what isn’t

THE TALENT YOU’LL BRING

  • Previous experience in managing B2B marketing within a similar industry
  • Leadership and entrepreneurial skills & drive
  • A keen interest and understanding of marketing, both print and digital
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • A creative thinker who is results driven
  • Highly motivated with a “can do” attitude and a keen eye for detail
  • Experience within the fashion industry is desirable

PERFECTLY PACKAGED

  • A salary of £37,000 – £42,000 DOE
  • 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holiday
