We are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Development Expert / Growth Manager to lead client acquisition efforts for a service-based software house. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying prospects, preparing customized proposals and pitch decks, and successfully closing deals with the support of technical managers when required.Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition Identify, approach, and onboard prospective clients, focusing on custom software development services.
- Proposal Development Collaborate with tech managers to prepare tailored proposals, ensuring they meet client-specific requirements.
- Pitch Deck Creation Develop engaging and impactful presentations to effectively communicate the company’s value propositions.
- Deal Closure Lead negotiations with clients and successfully close deals, leveraging support from technical managers as needed.
- Relationship Management Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continuous collaboration and identifying potential upselling opportunities.
- Market Expansion Create and implement strategies to expand into new industries and regions, positioning the company as a leader in custom software development services.
Commission-Based Earnings
