Back Dock – Forklift

It’s with a company that imports and produces equipment such as tractors, excavators and forklifts.

This job is 100% outdoors. And there is an indoor spot to dry off or warm up when needed.

As a Forklift Operator and Assembler, you’ll be responsible for assembling wheels, tracks and bucket installation. And you’ll use a sit-down forklift to unload equipment from shipping containers, pressure wash equipment, and test the controls to ensure the equipment works correctly.

It’s a full-time, temporary-to-hire role that offers great training, lots of growth opportunities and benefits upon permanent hire.

Job Duties:

• Assembly of parts on equipment using hand and air-powered tools
• Use forklift to unload equipment
• General maintenance and pressure washing equipment
• Cleaning facility grounds
• Testing controls on equipment
• Recording shipping data

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

Forklift Driver and Assembly Requirements:

• 3+ months of sit-down forklift experience
• Previous experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work primarily outdoors

Pay:

• $20 per hour
• Weekly pay every Friday
