The purpose of the service is to enable people placed out of area to return to Devon. The service aims to support people in gaining the skills they need to live independently.How You Will Make a Difference:As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals affected by mental illness, helping them regain confidence and engage in daily social and workplace activities. You’ll work closely with service users to help them achieve their personal goals and access the necessary support on their recovery journey.
