About You:β 1 to 2 years of experience in banking operations, ideally with SEPA and SWIFTβ A structured thinker with a keen eye for process improvementβ Proven track record in managing high-volume operational tasks in a collaborative settingβ Strong communicator and feedback-oriented, fluent in English and French (spoken and written)β Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making day-to-day banking easier!βAt Qonto we understand that true diversity isnβt just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist.
