We are working closely with an international law firm seeking a Banking Associate 5+ PQE to join their growing team, based in the Manchester office (with 50% remote working on offer).About the Firm:This highly regarded Global law firm has experienced considerable growth over the last decade and is considered one of the strongest players in the legal market. Headquartered in London, but considered a strong player on the global stage, you will have an opportunity to work with leading lawyers nationally and internationally.The firm is also known for its training and development among the top law firms – you will be provided with mentorship and supported by Senior Lawyers and Partners alike. Providing an excellent culture is a key focus of the firm and you will work within an adult environment.About the Role:As a department they act on lending transactions, dealing with varied practice areas including TMT finance, corporate lending, venture debt and growth finance.They work with clients spanning the lending side, from established UK and international banks and alternative lenders, through to private equity sponsors, corporates and technology start-ups.The department also acts for venture debt providers and several early-stage companies, supporting hundreds of early-stage businesses.Requirements:We are looking for individuals who are:

• Trained in a reputable banking and finance team.
• England & Wales (or common law jurisdiction) qualified Solicitor 5+ PQE
• Experience in corporate lending and/or venture debt and growth finance
• Good working knowledge of LMA documentation
