You will thrive on the challenges of working with vehicles in an interconnected world, building rich experiences for our customers.You will be a skilled Embedded Software Engineer working as part of a new expanding team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software for embedded systems and devices. You will be required to have a solid understanding of embedded systems, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and hardware-software interaction.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement embedded software solutions for automotive applications, including ECUs, ADAS, infotainment systems and more
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and debugging to ensure the functionality and reliability of the embedded systems
• Optimize software for performance, power consumption and memory usage, adhering to automotive industry standards
• Ensure that software development processes adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO26262, AUTOSAR and ASPICE

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Proven experience in embedded software development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Proficiency in C/C++ and assembly languages; familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as AUTOSAR OS, FreeRTOS, QNX, or similar
• Knowledge of automotive standards and protocols such as CAN, LIN, Flexray, Ethernet and diagnostic protocols
• Experience with development of different MCAL drivers for different MCU controller families
• Familiarity with development tools such as IDE, compilers, debuggers, emulators, CI/CD, static analysis and test tools
