They have exciting plans in place to continue their upward trajectory, and as part of these plans, they are hiring a talented BD & Marketing Manager to join their existing team, to focus on their growing Dispute Resolution practice. They value new ideas and actively encourage people to be themselves at work,The BD & Marketing Manager role will be varied and interesting, working with ambitious stakeholders who are in growth mode – they are extremely engaged in BD and Marketing and the successful candidate will be able to operate as a trusted advisor to drive BD initiatives and develop marketing and BD strategies.The remit of this BD & Marketing Manager role will include:

• Develop and implement a marketing and business development strategy for the Dispute Resolution practice.
• Work with partners and fee earners to drive business development initiatives and enhance the practice’s reputation.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns using digital, events, and thought leadership content.
• Support fee earners in building and growing relationships with key intermediaries and referral sources.
• Coordinate and provide strategic advice on pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development and marketing initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in a business development role gained in a professional services environment. Experience of working in a Dispute Resolution or Litigation team would be highly beneficial.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Client centric ethos and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Organised with good project management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in media, digital marketing, and martech platforms.
