BDC Agents or Call Center Representatives, for immediate hire!

We are looking for self-motivated, energetic, and assertive individuals to join our team at Performance Kings Honda in the Kings Auto Mall. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing our dealership’s Internet leads database. The BDC Agent manages our Internet, phone, and digital customer leads, which includes scheduling customer sales visits, following up with sold and unsold clients, promptly replying to all customer inquiries, and more.

Position details:

  • $15.00 minimum hourly rate.
  • Up to $22.50 including bonuses!
  • Full-time, with employee benefits.

Responsibilities

BDC Agent / Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming dealership leads in a timely manner.
  • Respond or reroute customer inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Learn vehicle inventory, automotive product knowledge, and service and maintenance offerings at our store to educate customers accordingly.
  • Set sales appointments for dealership personnel and or service appointments for vehicle maintenance.
  • Daily follow-up is required for sold and unsold customers.

Qualifications

BDC Agent / Call Center Representative Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent is required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
  • Computer literacy is preferred but not required.
  • Substance screening is required for employment at Performance Kings Honda.
