Job description
Kona Medical Consulting is looking for Behavior Analyst and/or Assistant Behavior Analyst, working set-up is Hybrid (in-person and remote) in Woodbridge, VA 22407.Responsibilities:
– Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral health conditions.
– Provide direct patient care using evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques.
– Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress towards treatment goals.
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including special education teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
– Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the presence and severity of behavioral health conditions.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results.
– Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.Qualifications:
– Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required. -License in the state of VA
– – Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other behavioral health conditions.
– Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles.
– Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
– Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
– Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation procedures for behavioral health conditions.Benefits:
