Bi-lingual Call Center Representative

We’re looking for a caring and highly skilled Call Center Representative to join our team. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications with our valued patients—veterans who deserve the best care and support. This role is not in a traditional call center environment but rather a supportive setting where you can truly make a difference.

Call Center Representative Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, providing exceptional support and assistance to patients.
• Maintain ownership of calls throughout the patient’s journey, ensuring positive outcomes and addressing any concerns.
• Build strong, positive relationships with patients by going above and beyond in customer service.
• Accurately document all communications and interactions, ensuring proper record-keeping.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.

Call Center Representative Qualifications

• Experience in a technical customer-support role is strongly preferred.
• Strong active listening, verbal communication, and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail with proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Call Center Representative Desired Skills

• Experience working in a rapid growth start-up environment.

Schedules: Monday-Friday

• 6AM-3PM
• 7AM-4PM
• 8AM-5PM

Location: South Scottsdale, Near Fashion Square- 100% Onsite – Not Remote –

Pay: $18/hr
