DESCRIPTIONExcited with joining a dynamic team and influencing the trajectory that the EU Stores org takes?
The FR Insights & Innovation is seeking a highly analytical and customer-obsessed Senior BIE to join the team in Paris (CDG10). As a key member of the team, you will be a strategic data partner to our FR leaders as well as EU VPs (both product families and country managers), driving data-driven innovation to optimize our business operations and enhance the customer experience on Amazon.In this role, you will leverage a range of diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement across our EU business. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining privileged & confidential dashboards to equip WW/EU senior leaders with strategic data
• Conducting backward-looking in-depth data analysis to identify process efficiencies, system enhancements, and new capabilities to drive better business outcomes for the FR Store and beyond the EU Stores as well as developing forward-looking advanced predictive models . This could involve areas like pricing, delivery experience, customer behavior, and more.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with business, technology, and analytics teams worldwide to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions.

Key job responsibilities
– Own the development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards on the key drivers of our business
– Partner with operations and business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI’s, automated reporting solutions and infrastructure improvements to meet business needs
– Develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support business needs
– Perform both ad-hoc and strategic analyses as well propose areas of analysis to Store leaders.
– Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
– Able to work independently and partner with stakeholders based outside of the EU.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– 10+ years of professional experience
– 5+ years of BIE or similar-role experience, including proficiency with SQL
– 5+ years of Excel and data visualization tools such as Quicksight or similar tools
– Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
– Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
– Experience with AWS technologies, notably S3PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs
– Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership .
