(77423)Position: Bilingual Admin Assistant (English/Spanish)Pay Rate: $16.00 per hourShift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (Temp-to-Hire)Summary: Support the dispatch department of a large retail distributor. Under routine supervision, but can also perform independently. The position is responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and resolving problems for drivers, customers and customer service. The position requires you to have exceptional proactive, and communicational skills. Which includes but not limited to resolving customer issues with timely pick up and delivery, taking calls, documenting calls, navigating maps, promoting a professional workplace attitude in a fast paced environment etc.Bilingual Admin Assistant Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers.
• Provide precise logistics for drivers to follow along on their routes.
• Coordinate delivery times.
• Answering switchboards and helping customers.

Bilingual Admin Assistant Requirements:

• Must have one (1) year of experience in administrative support, computer literate, data entry, customer service oriented and attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Person must be able to work any shift to satisfy the demand for flexibility of scheduling to ensure operational success. This includes, but is not limited to, day shifts, evening shifts and weekend shifts when needed.
