Spanish Speaking Call Center/Customer Service Rep needed
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Energetic and fast-pace. Must have customer service experience but will provide basic training overview.
Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone
Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Perform data entry for internal personnel
Provide assistance to internal and external personnel
???Qualifications:
Must know how to speak Spanish
Previous experience (2 – 4 yrs experience) in call center, customer service, or other related fields
Must type min of 35 WPM (words per minute)
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong telephone skills
Mon – Fri
8 am – 5 pm
$16 -20.00/hour
West Mobile
Long-term temp assignment
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Skills:
