JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking to hire a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a client located in Burnaby, BC. The chosen candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, and have previous Customer Service or Sales experience. This role is a 6-month contract assignment with the potential of extension and/or moving permanently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale, via telephone, email, chat, or other social media platforms

  • Support sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers.

  • Works with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate accounts of equipment failures and provides reports to management.

  • Pre-sale: Responds to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules; influences production and shipping schedules; recommends price changes based on company/customer relationship; recognizes new business opportunities.

  • Post-sale: Respond to customer inquiries (RMA, status, delivery, etc.). Resolves production scheduling and shipping or invoicing problems; determines the validity of warranty claims and liaises with the technical support team and refers customers to that department as needed; changes production and shipping schedules; and recognizes add-on business opportunities.

  • Assist in executing and maintaining any mailed or emailed transition communications.

  • Serve as the first point-of-contact (phone, mail, email) for patients transitioning from Animas Canada and contacting our client for future order/reorder of their CGM supplies.

  • Creating or updating patient records for transitioning customers.

  • Enter any new persons or organizations into a database and maintain existing accounts.

  • Placing first orders for transitioning customers, and providing eStore information for future purchases.

  • Calling out to customers who have not responded to mailed or emailed communications.

  • Provide administrative support such as retrieving voicemails, managing an email inbox, mailing letters, and retrieving invoices.

  • Process and maintain incoming faxes and emails utilizing a document management system.

  • Support daily inside sales operations and identify new sales opportunities.

  • Perform simple reporting and utilize reports to track task completion.

  • This position assumes and performs other duties and assignments as required by the department.
