Would you say you have experience providing world class customer service? We have a local insurance company that is in need of someone with your expertise. This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be working off of 2 computer screens and will be required to multi-task efficiently. You will follow up with customers via phone, email and fax to retrieve any necessary information. (English/Spanish) preferred, and have at least 1 year of call center or administrative support experience. This is a temporary to permanent hire opportunity for a career-oriented candidate who is looking for an intimate office setting.

salary: $21.15 – $21.16 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Minimum 1 year Call Center customer service experience required

• Minimum education of High School Diploma or GED required

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required

• Previous insurance or financial services experience is a plus

• Excellent PC skills

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to communicate professionally with irate customers

• Detail oriented
