We have immediate openings in our Woodbridge, VA clinic location and more! You will be working with patients who suffered acute personal injuries from auto accidents, workers comp, slip and falls, etc. As a medical assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to ensure efficient operation of the healthcare clinic. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. You will work directly with the medical doctor and get patient medical history, help with the treatment plan, and be kind and compassionate.Our diverse patient population requires compassionate, organized, and efficient team members who can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. As a bilingual front desk assistant, you will be the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, as well as facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.Are you bilingual? Let us know! • A high school diploma or GED certificate is preferred
• Receptionist/ Front Desk/ or Healthcare experience is preferred

Medical Assistant Duties include:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Responding to client questions
• Accommodate new patients by providing intake information
• Assists patient with filling out intake information
• Create and maintain patient charts
• Verify existing appointments and schedule future appointments
• Obtain medical records for patients
• Scan and upload documents onto our web portal when needed
• Review and maintain an active patient lists
• Complete missing patient procedures when necessary
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Assist Medical doctor and in-house specialists by preparing patient paperwork and prescribed medication/supply per doctor’s orders
