Assala Energy is a leading Oil and Gas Exploration and Production company with an operated asset base in Gabon, firm core value and a keen sense of responsibility to our employees and stakeholders.The company is entering its next stage of growth and, due to our ambitious hiring plans, we are currently looking for a proactive and experienced bilingual recruiter to join our London- based team.In this capacity, you will play an instrumental role in attracting and assessing exceptional individuals to drive our business expansion and your scope will include:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong match between candidates and job requirements.
- Leverage effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage both active and passive job seekers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet their talent needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws (UK & Gabon) and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and labor market conditions to advise on recruitment strategies and talent acquisition.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and French is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and attracting diverse talent using various recruitment channels.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to identify the best-fit candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
