CIMA+ is seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers and candidates. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment across various departments, ensuring a seamless hiring experience from the initial needs assessment to the successful integration of new team members.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and assess recruitment needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop, update, and refine job descriptions to accurately reflect the role and its requirements.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and leverage sourcing tools (job boards, social media, internal talent pools) to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen and review applications, conducting phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Advise and guide hiring managers in selecting the best candidates, providing insights and recommendations throughout the process.
- Coordinate and participate (as needed) in interview panels, ensuring a consistent and fair selection process.
- Promote CIMA+ as an employer of choice by showcasing our values and culture to attract a diverse range of qualified talent.
- In collaboration with the HRBPs, provide salary recommendations for prospective hires, draft and issue offer letters.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams, management, and other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills in French are a requirement.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a solid understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and verbal)
- Experience recruiting for complex or specialized positions is an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with excellent listening and interpersonal skills
