Position: Billing Assistant
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $60K (depending on experience)
Schedule: 35 hours per week (Hybrid)

We would love to meet:
– 1-2 years of billing experience in a professional setting
– Bilingual spoken and written to communicate with clients from outside the Quebec region
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office
– Detail-oriented and organized
Main Responsibilities:
– Ensure invoice approval
– Record and print invoices
– Make requested modifications to text, hours, and amounts
– Handle electronic billing to clients through external sites
– Conduct monthly follow-ups with the responsible lawyer regarding ongoing unbilled work
– Prepare management reports and summaries for various stakeholders
