THE ROLEThe Billing Specialist processes load information, bills customers, and pays carriers via our transportation management system and accounting platform. Solid customer service is essential for this position as you are a critical member of our team interacting with customers, carriers and drivers.This role could also known as Data Entry or Administration Clerk.ABOUT YOUSuccessful Scotlynn Candidates Are:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN

• Review and process incoming paperwork for billing and accounts payable
• Ensure accuracy of billing and accounts payable
• Provide top notch customer service to Scotlynn’s carrier base, customer base and employees
• Help resolve issues and carrier needs with constant professionalism, insight, and courtesy
• Performing other duties as required

YOUR COMMITMENT

• This is a full-time, permanent role
• Work in office from 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday
