Our well-established technology client in Albany, NY, is seeking a PT Billing Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing and maintaining accurate billing data across multiple platforms while supporting our network engineering team.Responsibilities of the PT Billing Data Entry Specialist will include:

• Input billable entries for network engineers into customer-specific billing systems, including QuickBooks and Excel.
• Review billable time entries for grammatical and labor rate accuracy.
• Track and input mileage data for engineering staff.
• Generate and format CustomerCare Excel spreadsheets into PDF files for client distribution.
• Produce project reports using QuickBooks for internal management review.

Job RequirementsQualifications of the PT Billing Data Entry Specialist:

• Associate’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a data entry or related role.
• A proactive self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data entry errors or inconsistencies.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite; experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
