Bookkeeper

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Little Rock, Arkansas. The selected candidate will be part of a team working in the construction industry, handling key accounting tasks and data management duties.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing and management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.

• Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for bookkeeping and data entry tasks.

• Conduct account reconciliation to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

• Handle payroll duties, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.

• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient operations. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation

• Knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Experience with bank reconciliations

• Previous bookkeeping experience

• Strong data entry skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in handling payroll

• Proficiency in QuickBooks
