Robert Half is actively seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a temp-to-hire position in a professional services environment. The candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks Online and have at least 5 years of experience. This is an

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and balance general ledgers.

• Ensure accuracy of invoicing and receipt of payments.

• Monitor financial transactions and reports.

• Process accounts receivable and payable.

• Produce financial statements including profit and loss account, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, etc.

• Assist in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected room revenue.

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

• Compile analyses and reports of business transactions.

• Perform account analysis to ensure entries and balances are correct

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a MUST.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
