- Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist
- Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven.
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise
- Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or Sales Manager within Tool Hire/Construction or similar industry.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
What does the Branch Colleague role involve?
- Your focus will be independently running the HSS concession within our partnering Builder’s Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where you can!
- Building and maintaining strong connections with our customers to ensure we keep their repeat business.
- Support key sales initiatives and strategy striving to exceed sales and revenue targets ensure we’re being innovative and forward-thinking in our approach.
Similar Working Pattern
Monday to Friday 7:30am until 17:30pm and Saturday 8:00am until 13:00pm
