Your Impact

• You oversee and manage the sales operations across the entire MF full line

• You develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base and drive growth

• You develop a brand strategy to promote a strong brand image

• You lead and motivate the sales and marketing team, enhancing brand awareness within the organization

• You collaborate with the Dealer Development Manager to implement and maintain the Dealer Standards Program, driving continuous improvement and dealer development

Your Experience and Qualifications

• +5 years experience in a related sales position and knowledge of the agricultural industry

• Excellent people management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of work

• Profound knowledge of the dealer environment and the digitalization of dealerships

• Experienced in Sales Funnel management in a CRM environment
