- Managing Bar service, preparing drinks
- Ensuring our guests receive 5* service at all times
- Supervising staff
- Keeping the venue safe and clean
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUWe hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements…To succeed in the role of Bar Supervisor you will need the following qualities and skills.
- At least one years experience in the supervison of staff in a Hospitality setting
- Strong Bar and Mixology knowledge / skills
