The Growth Company (GC) has an exciting opportunity for a Business Advisor to supply business support & start-up offers to support businesses within the North West.You will deliver high-quality specialist business support and start-up support activities to a portfolio of ambitious business owners and senior managers. • Ensure that the North West business support and start-up service delivers performance to a high quality.
• Undertake detailed discussions with client around complex business issues to understand their business challenges, offer recommendations for appropriate actions that will lead to growth and manage the project/intervention to a successful conclusion.
• Deliver bespoke growth support directly to enable them to fully meet their growth potential.
• Develop and maintain a high-level network of business/professional contacts that generate personal referrals.

Skills Required:

• Significant sector/business experience in the private sector, including at a senior management or Director level.
• Sales and Account Management experience.

• Proven ability to achieve positive results and outcomes.
• Well-developed IT skills.
