The incumbent will also backstop on private sector partnerships matters related to UNISON to ensure streamlined support to all users.

Ensure deadlines are met and provide progress reports on new functionality implemented. Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, user support materials and systems operations documents.

- Monitor the quality of public sector data and, in collaboration with the UNISON Data and Analytics Specialist, support colleagues working on public partnerships to upload new information and ‘clean-up’ pre-existing data in UNISON to ensure it accurately reflects the portfolio of current partnerships and new opportunities from public sector partners.
- Develop and maintain communication assets to keep UNISON users abreast of new developments; keep guidance documents up to date; and promote UNISON.
- Acquire a general knowledge of private sector modalities on UNISON and stay abreast of developments in order to serve as a backstopping resource for support to users, and to ensure alignment between public and private sector enhancements.
