You will work with various stakeholders inside and outside the organisation to develop a deep understanding of the environment, gather and investigate insights, and design detailed plans and recommendations aiming to maximise business value.We don’t have a definite checklist of skills – our hiring process is much more about aptitude and passion than ticking boxes. So don’t worry if you’ve not used a particular tool or checked off all the listed skills and experience.That said, below is a guideline of skills that we think would make you successful in this role.RequirementsWe’d love to hear from you if you:
- Thrive on clarifying new feature ideas. Take early-stage concepts and work collaboratively across departments (tech, insurance, finance, customer service) to understand their feasibility and potential value, and identify key factors impacting success
- Have plenty of experience refining value/scope and can clearly articulate and document your analysis and possible options
- Are excellent at using data to make informed, timely decision and recommendations
- Are able to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
- You understand that sometimes what is asked for isn’t the same as what is really needed
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Have plenty of experience in/with Lean / Agile product development environments
- Are passionate about collaboration, teamwork and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of the insurance domain, or a strong willingness to learn
- Thrive in an environment of rapid change
