Job Description:UST is recruiting for Business Analyst a to join our team in East Midlands, with a strong focus on data platforms and analyticsLocation: East MidlandsType: Fixed Term/ Full time employment/ Contract inside IR35Duration 3-6 months with possible extensionsJoin: ASAPHybrid Working model: 3 days’ work from client office

• 7+ years in a Business Analyst role, with a strong focus on data platforms and analytics.

• Familiarity with data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization.

• Solid understanding of SQL and other data querying languages

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related data services is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
