With your knowledge and experience in a similar role, you’ll help align business processes with technology systems whilst also making sure we manage our data effectively. You’ll take a lead on projects, design and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and design and facilitate workshops and business processes that meet the needs of the service.With experience in business process mapping and stakeholder relationship management, you’ll be able to define the needs of service users in the form of user stories.
