This is a new role which will be at the heart of the growth agenda for the organisation. The role will have a primary focus for overseeing all phases of our clients Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation project.THE COMPANY:Wipro is a well-led organisation where innovation is our differentiator. This team is responsible for market making and building capability on market leading platforms. The team also works with the partners to develop industry solutions and jointly go to market. Solutions are built with partner platforms at centre and augmented by Wipro built tools, utilities and enablers that accelerate time to market or address white spaces in partner product portfolios.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for all the phases of FLEXCUBE implementation activities.ResponsibilitiesYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysing, designing, testing, and supporting complete end-to-end solutions
• Work collaboratively as part of an internationally distributed business embedded agile team
• Excel when working closely with users and colleagues to create optimal business solutions
• Provide user support and co-ordinate across other IT teams
• Gain an understanding of the business needs from stakeholders, act as their voice within the wider team and transform requirements into epics and user stories to achieve business goals
• Structure requirements, write user stories/specifications and work with development team for software delivery within an Agile framework
• Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes
• Be part of the wider team’s production support rotation, assisting with root cause analysis and identifying issues that need to be refined for development.

MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience of working in the banking industry
• Previous experience of working on FLEXCUBE implementation projects, Flexcube V14
• Should have worked on payments/modules used in CLAS: Cross Border Payments, Book Transfer Payments, Manual Payments, Interest Rates Calculation, Standing Orders, JETs, Bulk Payment uploads, SWIFT standards (Incoming & Outgoing) & Customer Accounts Creation
• Have a deep understanding of FLEXCUBE project implementation activities (Requirement Gathering PWT/ User Training / Parameter & Product Configuration / Testing / Migration)
• Experience of the new ISO20022 standards
• Capable of interacting with senior and junior business stakeholders from various banks
• Knowledge of FLEXCUBE Loans & Oracle Banking Payments is a must
• Educated to a degree level, preferable within finance, banking or IT
