You’ll be part of a wider team of Business Analysts and Project Managers who work closely with senior stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), Business operations and Digital teams to deliver technical transformation projects supporting the strategic transformation of BT’s Business Support systems.What you’ll be doing

• Working with stakeholders from operations, CFU and digital to capture requirements and shape the design of systems to align with customer needs and legal compliance
• To ensure that functional and technical design solutions are fit for purpose, cost effective and maintain or improve customer experience/operational performance
• Work with operations to ensure transformation projects have acceptance criteria that fully tests the capability being delivered
• Define and manage data cleanse activity for migration projects
• Provide post go live support to a high quality, promptly responding to operational queries relating to design etc
• Supports delivery of business cases by ensuring that requirements are in line with company strategy and goals and that costs/benefits are detailed.
• Working with Project Managers to draft/execute project and communication plans.
• Mentor and motivate other Business Analysis professionals, helping to improve the team’s abilities by acting as a technical resource and coach ensuring the Business Analysts adopt best practice, providing training where appropriate.
• Continuously develops and shares with team knowledge on emerging trends and changes in Business Analysis.

The experience you’ll need

• Experience as a business analyst or equivalent (e.g. technical designer/delivery manager) on technical transformation programmes
• Experience of various tools and techniques, e.g., walkthroughs, requirements analysis, modelling, process and customer journey mapping
• Good understanding of project lifecycle methodologies
