Job DescriptionJob ID#:4393Job Category:SalesOur well-established client is currently seeking a Director of Business Development to join their team, Full time FLEXIBLE opportunity in the Latham area.Responsibilities of the Director of Business Development will include:

• Identify new business opportunities by fostering relationships with existing private equity/debt entities and emerging investment advisors.
• Cultivate and sustain a network within influential circles of the private fund sector, such as audit, tax, and legal advisory firms, consultants, limited partners, investment bankers, and other advisors.
• Participate in industry gatherings and conferences, traveling nationally to engage with potential clients and industry influencers.
• Stay abreast of industry, legal, and fiscal developments to predict market shifts and leverage these insights for business growth.
• Willing to Travel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Director of Business Development:

• Bachelors Degree in business or related field.
• At least 8 years proven track record in business development sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated individual.
