Job description

Our client is an international company specialising in contractor management and employer-of-record services across Europe, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates. They are dedicated to supporting the growth and optimisation of IT and engineering freelancers as well as companies looking to hire in a new market, by providing employment contracts, payroll, and administrative services to ensure compliance with regulations within the client’s working country. They are looking for a Business Developer to join the team in Paris. You will play a key role in selling their services and solutions to prospective and existing B2B and B2C clients on the French market. Candidates should have a consultative sales approach, with experience in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting new leads to closing deals, and be motivated by selling an EOR offering. Responsibilities: 1. Selling and advising on innovative services to IT companies and IT recruitment agencies. 2. Supporting the development of sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition. 3. Developing a portfolio of prospects through different sources and following up. 4. Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to finalising and closing the deal. 5. Analyzing and understanding the client’s needs and proposing appropriate solutions. 6. Negotiating contracts with clients. 7. Building and managing portfolios of clients across France. 8. Liaising and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of services provided. 9. Participating in online and offline events. 10. Ensuring the quality of clients’ and consultants’ experiences. Profile required: 1. Must be fluent in written and spoken English and French. 2. Previous experience in B2B Sales and Business Development. 3. Experience in a related industry (umbrella, EOR, or recruitment agency). 4. Proficient in using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 5. Effective communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 6. Strong can-do attitude and a sales-driven approach with good time management skills. 7. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team.
