Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home)

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and the autonomy to develop and implement your own strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • New Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Interviewing and Hiring New Staff: Conducting interviews and hiring new team members to support business operations.
  • Constructing and Maintaining Policies, Contracts, and Proposals: Developing and managing policies, contracts, and proposals to support business functions.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategies: Creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Ensuring Client Needs Are Met: Ensuring that our services meet client expectations and requirements.
  • Building and Maintaining Content on Social Media: Managing social media content to promote our services and engage with potential clients.
  • Attending Exhibitions and Events: Representing the business at various exhibitions and events to enhance our presence and attract new clients.
